The Platform

Asset health scoring built for rotating equipment, not generic IoT.

Vibration, temperature, and pressure streams from your rotating assets, processed through a scoring engine calibrated to each machine's own baseline — not a generic equipment-type template. Daily health score. Fault classification. Estimated days to P-F point. Work order in your CMMS when the score crosses threshold.

PLATFORM SIGNAL PIPELINE

Connect without hardwiring your plant.

Fleetpio connects to your equipment three ways: wireless accelerometer nodes that magnetically clip onto motor housings and pump casings, 4-20mA loop taps for existing instrumentation, and OPC-UA or Modbus RTU/TCP for existing PLC and SCADA systems. No IT department involvement required for sensor-only deployments.

Wireless 900MHz ISM band nodes — 2-year battery, magnetic mount
4-20mA loop tap for existing pressure and temperature transmitters
OPC-UA server + Modbus RTU/TCP for PLC/SCADA historian data
Gateway device: plant ethernet or cellular — no firewall changes
DATA FLOW — SENSOR TO CLOUD

A number from 0 to 100 that actually means something.

The first 14 days after installation are baseline calibration. Fleetpio records vibration spectra across all load conditions to build each asset's personal fingerprint — not a generic equipment type average, but the actual normal behavior of that specific machine on your plant floor.

After calibration: daily anomaly detection across six frequency bands for vibration, temperature rate-of-rise correlation, and pressure differential monitoring. Output is a health score, a fault type classification (bearing outer race, imbalance, looseness, cavitation, or winding degradation), and an estimated days-to-P-F-point.

14-day per-asset baseline calibration — not equipment-type templates
Fault classification: bearing, imbalance, looseness, cavitation, winding
Confidence interval on each fault classification
P-F window estimate updated daily as degradation trend evolves
HEALTH SCORE BREAKDOWN — PUMP-07-A

When the score drops, the work order is already drafted.

Set your intervention threshold (default: 65). When a health score crosses it, Fleetpio creates a draft work order with fault type, affected asset, and recommended spare parts — and pushes it directly to your CMMS. Your technician sees it in their existing workflow, not a separate app.

Connect your first asset in under 2 hours.

Sensor node ships pre-configured to your equipment type. Mount magnetically to the drive-end bearing housing, pair with the gateway, assign the asset name via QR code. Health scoring data collection begins immediately — alerts start after the 14-day baseline calibration completes.
