Hardware is purchased separately or available as a monthly lease. The pricing shown is software-only — the per-asset health scoring, dashboard, fault classification, and CMMS integration. Wireless sensor node pricing depends on quantity and configuration; reach out for hardware quotes alongside software pricing.
Yes. Minimum is 10 monitored assets. Most customers start with their 10–25 highest-criticality rotating assets — the ones where a failure causes the most production impact — and expand after seeing results from the baseline period. The asset count in your subscription can be adjusted at each billing cycle.
Annual billing saves 15% versus monthly. There's no minimum contract on monthly billing — you can adjust asset count or cancel at the end of any monthly cycle. Annual pricing is invoiced upfront for the full year with the discounted rate applied. Both options are available at checkout; no separate negotiation required for Fleet tier.
The Starter tier includes a 14-day free trial on up to 10 assets. The trial period overlaps with the baseline calibration period — you won't see health score alerts until after baseline completes, but you can watch the calibration progress and get familiar with the dashboard. No credit card required to start the trial.
Fiix and UpKeep integration is included in Starter. SAP Plant Maintenance and IBM Maximo require Fleet tier. Limble CMMS is available on both Starter and Fleet. The REST API (for custom integrations) is Fleet tier and above. Enterprise tier includes custom CMMS or ERP integration work as part of onboarding.
If you're on Starter (25-asset cap) and want to monitor more, you move to Fleet tier at the next billing cycle — you pay the $29/asset/month rate on all assets from that point forward. There's no penalty for growing. We'll notify you when you're approaching your tier limit so you can plan the transition.
