Pricing questions
Each independently monitored compressor counts as one unit. A refrigerated trailer with a single compressor = 1 unit. A walk-in cooler with 3 compressors = 3 units. The sensor data Fleetpio ingests comes from individual compressor sensors — monitoring happens at the compressor level, not the room or vehicle level.
Fleetpio works with vibration sensors, temperature sensors, and pressure transducers already installed on most commercial refrigeration units. If you don't have sensors yet, we can recommend compatible hardware. We support REST, MQTT, and Modbus TCP protocols for data ingestion.
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal date. Switching annual to monthly requires waiting until your current annual term expires. Contact us at [email protected] to change your billing cycle.
If you need to monitor more units than your current tier allows, we'll notify you and provide an option to upgrade. We don't silently bill overages. You can add units prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. We recommend starting with a minimum of 5 units to see meaningful anomaly detection data within the trial window.
