Sensor Integration

Connect your existing sensors in hours, not months

Most commercial refrigeration units already carry vibration, temperature, and pressure transducers. Fleetpio connects to those sensors via REST, MQTT, or Modbus TCP — no hardware swap, no wiring contractor required.

API & Protocol Support

REST, MQTT, Modbus TCP — compatible with 40+ commercial sensor brands.

Real-Time Streaming

Sub-5-second latency from sensor read to Fleetpio ingestion pipeline.

Historical Backfill

Import up to 24 months of sensor history to seed baseline models from day one.

Anomaly Detection

Compressor health scoring based on vibration and pressure trending

Fleetpio's detection engine scores each unit against its own rolling baseline, identifying the frequency-shift and pressure-drift patterns that precede bearing wear, refrigerant contamination, and scroll degradation — typically 3–6 weeks ahead of failure.

Per-Unit Health Baselines

Each compressor unit builds its own adaptive baseline from historical sensor data — fleet-wide averages mask individual degradation and generate false alerts.

Predicted Failure Window

Each alert includes an estimated days-to-failure range so dispatch can sequence visits by urgency rather than first-in, first-out.

Confirmation Window — 48–72 hrs

Sustained deviation over 48–72 hours is required before an alert fires — equipment restarts and temporary load changes don't trigger dispatch.

Scheduling Workflow

Work orders created. Parts pre-staged. Dispatch queued.

When Fleetpio fires an alert, it doesn't just notify — it acts. A work order is created with equipment context, recommended parts list, and estimated repair time — ready for your dispatch queue.

  • Auto-generated work order with unit history and failure context
  • Parts pre-estimation based on detected failure pattern
  • Multi-technician dispatch routing with geographic clustering
  • Visit completion timestamped to cold chain audit trail
  • Export work order history to CSV for compliance reporting
